INSTALLATION NOTE:
Step 1. To begin, download the latest version of PCSX2
Step 2. Download BIOS for PCSX2
Step 3. Download Dragon Ball Z - Budokai Tencaichi 3 ISO
Step 4. Install PCSX2 emulator on your PC.
Step 5. Now, run PCSX2 emulator.
Step 6. Then, click CDVD > Iso Selector > Browse… go to the folder containing all of Dragon Ball Z - budokai Tencaichi 3 game, select Dragon Ball Z - budokai Tencaichi 3 ISO file and load it.
Step 7. Now you can boot a game. To do that, go to System > Boot CDVD (full).
